Booking & Salon Policies By booking with Cozy Beauty, you agree to the following policies, which help us provide a safe, relaxing and personalised salon experience. Health & Safety Please reschedule if you feel unwell or have cold, flu or other contagious symptoms. If you arrive visibly unwell, we may decline the treatment and reschedule your appointment to protect our clients and team. Deposits & Booking Confirmation A deposit is required to secure your appointment. It is processed securely and credited towards your treatment. The remaining balance is payable in person on the day. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, and your deposit will be transferred to the new date. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or changes made within 24 hours and for no-shows. Full prepayment may be required for future bookings after a late cancellation or no-show. Lash Refills Two-week and three-week refills are available. Refills must take place within three weeks of your previous appointment. Bookings after three weeks will be charged as a new full set. Suitability may depend on the condition and number of remaining extensions. Appointment Preparation Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. If wearing eye makeup, arrive 15 minutes early to use our cleansing station. Avoid mascara, heavy skincare and oil-based products before your visit. Remove contact lenses before lash treatments and bring your glasses. Punctuality Please arrive on time and let us know if you are running late. Arrivals up to 15 minutes late may result in a shortened or rescheduled treatment. Arrivals of 16 minutes or more will be treated as a no-show, and the deposit will remain non-refundable. Guests, Children & Pets To maintain a quiet and relaxing environment, guests, children and pets are not permitted in the treatment area. Salon Etiquette Please remove your shoes before entering the treatment room, keep your phone on silent and use the bathroom before your appointment where possible. Aftercare & Adjustments Please follow the aftercare instructions provided to protect your natural lashes and maximise retention. If you notice an unusual issue within 48 hours, contact us promptly and provide photos if requested. Concerns raised after 48 hours, or caused by incorrect aftercare, may require a new appointment and additional fee.
